Sessions are held both in person and online fashion. Clients can have the possibility to choose between meeting face-to-face with the therapist or maintaining meetings through video conference. Although meeting in person has its qualities, with the possibility of having more contact and nonverbal communication between the therapist and the client, online platforms give more accessibility to people who live outside of the city or those who prefer to stay at home for various reasons.

Therapy Session

IN-PERSON THERAPY

Sessions can be held in person when the client and the therapist meet face-to-face. This has its advantages, as both the therapist and the clients can be in the presence of one another and communicate in nonverbal channels in addition to verbal communication. Even though online therapy has become increasingly popular in recent years (and has its advantages), recent indications and movements point out how various people still value the old-fashioned style of talk therapy, when both the client and the therapist share the same time and space.

ONLINE  THERAPY

The online meetings are held in both audio and video conferences,  using one of the known platforms to communicate from a distance. Online therapy has become more and more popular globally over the last several years, especially after the last pandemic. Worth mentioning, how a vast field of research claims that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy. With that, the meetings become much more accessible, easy to maintain, and with low expenses that allow offering services at affordable prices. Worth mentioning that sessions are held for 50 minutes each.
